Snow & weather procedures
If there is accumulating snow up to 3 days before your scheduled service day and accumulated snow is still covering the ground, we will return on your next normal weekly service day.
We do not credit or refund due to snow, weather or circumstances beyond our control that prohibit us from doing our job and cleaning your yard such as frozen gate latches, gates that are frozen to the ground and attempting to free from snow or ice may damage the gate. On our next normal visit, we will have double the amount of waste and it will be more time consuming.
Also, during below
freezing temperatures, waste that is frozen to concrete, dirt or mulch may be
left until we are able to collect it freely.
During episodes of
recurring snow, we will be backed up, until we are caught up, your normal
service day my change temporarily.
